Lleida.net hits record 12,545 clients at half year mark as

B2C push pays off

Company billed 14,002 invoices between January and June, a 28% jump on last year, with business now spanning 53 countries

Madrid, July 31.- Telecommunications operator and qualified digital trust services provider Lleida.net (BME:LLN, EPA:ALLLN) billed 5,567 unique clients in the first half of 2026 , a 51.57% jump from the 3,673 clients billed over the same period in 2025.

That's the highest first half client count in the company's history since it was founded in 1995, and it points to Lleida.net's growing consolidation in the B2C market.

By the end of the half year, the company had 12,545 active clients on its books, the highest figure it has ever recorded.

Lleida.net also issued 14,002 invoices over the period, up 28% from 10,927 a year earlier, with business spanning 53 countries.

International markets drove 50.09% of the half year's revenue, just ahead of Spain's 49.91%. That's a reversal from a year earlier, when Spain made up 50.22% of the business and international markets the remaining 49.78%. It's not the first time international revenue has taken the lead, either: the same thing happened in the first halves of 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2024.

To put the growth in context: between 2020 and 2024, Lleida.net's first half client base never strayed outside a range of 2,013 to 2,849. This year's total is nearly double the 2024 figure, and 2.7 times what it was in 2021.

Client acquisition also sped up as the half wore on. June alone brought in 791 new clients , a monthly record, and more than double the 391 signed up in June 2025.

Much of that momentum traces back to a legal change. Since April 3, 2025, Title II of Spain's Organic Law 1/2025 on judicial efficiency has required anyone filing a civil or commercial lawsuit to first show they attempted an appropriate means of dispute resolution , without that proof, courts can throw the claim out. A handful of proceedings are exempt, among them cases involving fundamental rights, filiation and minors, exchange trials, enforcement claims and prior precautionary measures.

Lleida.net's Registered email service is built to supply exactly that proof, verifying the sender's identity, the content of the message, and when it was delivered, doing the same evidentiary job the traditional burofax used to do.

Courts have already backed that up six rulings from five provincial courts, including Palma de Mallorca, Navarra and Guipúzcoa, upheld its validity between October 2025 and March 2026, giving law firms confidence to rely on it whenever they need to prepare a claim.

Changes to Spanish labour law are reinforcing that demand further, introducing a mandatory prior hearing step in dismissal cases and extending certified communication requirements into the labour arena.

Taken together, the new clients fit a clear profile: law firms, licensed professionals and small businesses that need to document this step every time they prepare a claim.

Founded in 1995, Lleida.net provides registered electronic notification, electronic contracting and digital signature services. It has held qualified trust service provider status under the EU's eIDAS regulation since 2018, alongside equivalent certifications in Latin America, Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. The company holds more than 300 patents across over 60 countries, and its shares trade on BME Growth (Madrid), Euronext Growth (Paris), and the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
